These terms explain the rules for using the site. By using the site you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Using the site

You can use the site to find out about our services and to contact us. You agree not to:

use the site in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;

try to get unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;

introduce viruses or other harmful material, or try to disrupt the site;

copy, scrape, republish or use the site's content except as allowed in section 4.

We may change, suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, at any time. We aim to keep it available but can't promise it will always be.

3. Enquiries and quotes

Sending an enquiry or asking for a quote does not create a contract. Information on the site about our stages, equipment and services is general guidance. Scope, availability and prices are only confirmed in a written quote or contract from us. Any hire or services we provide are covered by our separate terms of business or project contract, not by these website terms.

4. Our content

The text, photos, video, graphics, logos and design on the site belong to us or the people who license them to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws. The Stage Hire UK name and logo are ours. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Please don't otherwise copy, share or use our content commercially without our written permission.

5. Accuracy

We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee that everything on it is complete, current or free of errors. Please contact us to confirm anything that matters to your event.

6. Links to and from the site

The site may link to other websites, such as our supply partners. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they use your information. A link isn't an endorsement. You're welcome to link to our homepage, as long as you do it fairly and legally and don't suggest any connection or endorsement that doesn't exist.

7. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Subject to that:

the site is provided "as is", and we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free;

we're not liable for loss or damage that wasn't reasonably foreseeable;

if you use the site for business, we're not liable for loss of profit, business, revenue or data arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.

If you're a consumer, you have legal rights that these terms don't affect.

8. Your privacy

How we use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, below on this page.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies is the one on this page, with the "last updated" date at the top.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland as a consumer, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
